This is a custom reproduction of Cloud Strife's Buster Sword from the FFVII game series upcoming remake, or actually the first version of the remake. Constructed primarily from Aluminum the sword is cut from 1/8" sheet, welded together with internal bracing, filled with foam to help prevent internal rattling, then ground and sanded to a smooth finish, with a second layer of aluminum added for the raised areas and textured black painting added to finish the product.
  It is approximately 6'-3"(190.5 cm) from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle and weighs approximately 26 lbs.(11.8 kilograms). The blade is 10.25" (26 cm)wide and 1.25" (3.2 cm)thick with a battle worn roughness to it.
  The handle, which is welded securely into the blade and re-enforced with a steel insert, is wrapped in a spiral pattern with red or brown genuine leather. The handle diameter is 1-1/8" and is is approx. 18.5" (45 cm)long. Pommel and lower hand guard details may vary slightly from photos.
  Two pieces of 30 mm glass Materia are included with each order. Color choice is up to you and can be noted at the time of purchase. Please note that the Materia now affixes into the holes and is held in place by PVC rings which can be carefully inserted into the slots. 
   Variations may be excepted but also may be subject to extra charges if they are too far from the initial design.
