Description
This is a handmade beaded crystalline ice spider. The abdominal area is made from a clear blue tinted plastic bead with a silver foil interior. The head is a smaller faceted clear blue bead. The legs are made from flexible but sturdy 21 ga. brass wire which are covered with small Swarovski Glass and plastic beads. Silver bead caps are also incorporated into the body. A gold decorative hook is attached to the back of the abdomen and can be used to hang the spider or be removed.
A small droplet shaped clear faceted bead is attached to one of the front legs to simulate a dew drop falling from the spiders’ leg.
The spider can be used as a Steampunk accessory on a hat or vest, hung at a window or rear view mirror, Christmas ornament and possibly even worn as jewelry.
Weighs approximately 3 ounces and is 4″ long.
